Once the proposal is approved, we follow our structured website development phases:

• External Kickoff & Planning – The initial client meeting introduces the brand, discusses the tech stack, and defines the website’s core objectives.
• Technical Planning & Access Requests – We create a collaborative planning document (Google Docs/Sheets) and request necessary access to hosting, domains, and third-party integrations.

Phase 2: Design

• Wireframing & UX Strategy – We draft website wireframes, map user journeys, and develop basic UX prototypes to ensure intuitive navigation.
• Mockup Development – High-fidelity Figma mockups incorporating branding, typography, and responsive design elements are created.
• Client Review & Refinements – Clients provide feedback, and our team makes necessary revisions before finalizing the design.

Phase 3: Development

• CMS Setup – We install and configure the chosen CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), set up hosting, and define user roles and permissions.
• Theme & Framework Development – We create a child theme, integrate branding, and establish the global layout structure.
• Plugin/Extension Setup – Essential plugins (SEO tools, e-commerce, security) are installed and configured to enhance functionality.
• Custom Features Development – Any unique features, such as user portals, product configurators, or membership systems, are developed and tested.

Phase 4: Content & SEO

• Content Development – We create or refine inner page content, including text, images, and dynamic elements.
• Content Migration – Existing website content (pages, blog posts, media) is transferred and reformatted for the new CMS.
• On-Page SEO Setup – Metadata, headline structures, image optimizations, and structured data (schema) are implemented for search visibility.

Phase 5: Testing & QA

• Mobile & Cross-Browser Optimization – The website is tested across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Performance Testing – We analyze page speed, load times, and layout shifts to optimize site performance.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Clients review the site, provide final feedback, and approve it for launch.

Phase 6: Deployment & Training

• Final Deployment – The site is moved from staging to a live environment, and we submit sitemaps to Google Search Console for indexing.
• Security Audit & Final Checks – We check for vulnerabilities, enable automatic updates, install SSL certificates, and remove staging access.
